~ Part One~

Rosy’s Kitchen
 Spicy Baked Chicken

MADE WITH
  • Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons Rosy’s Kitchen Meat curry mix

    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1medium onion, thinly sliced

    • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed

    • ˝”-long piece of fresh ginger, crushed (or ˝ teaspoon powder)
      4-6 ounces of plain barbecue sauce

  • Heat oil in a saucepan and brown onion. 

  • Add garlic and ginger to onions. 

  • Then add Rosy’s Kitchen Meat Curry Mix. 

  • Stir in barbecue sauce.  Add salt, to taste. 

  • Make a few slits in the chicken breast. 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. 

  • Bake about 35-40 minutes, turning chicken and basting with sauce every 15 minutes until browned.

Curried Shrimp Pasta

MADE WITH
  • Ingredients:

    • 2-3 tablespoons shallots, thinly sliced

    • 3-4 cloves fresh garlic, crushed

    • 1 tablespoon Rosy’s Kitchen Fish Curry Mix

    • 1 pound of angel hair pasta noodles, cooked and drained

    • Small container of Alfredo sauce

    • 1 pound large shrimp, cooked and peeled

    • ˝ cup pineapple chunks fresh or drained from can

    • Fresh basil leaves

    • Lemon Wedges

  • Brown shallots and garlic in oil. 

  • Add Rosy’s Kitchen Fish Curry mix. 

  • Add salt to taste.   

  • Mix in shrimp and pineapple.  Set aside. 

  • Mix Alfredo sauce into the pasta and add prepared curry mixture. 

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and lemon wedges to add taste and aroma.
